At P N Cricket Academy, we expect all players to follow these basic guidelines to ensure a focused, respectful, and safe learning environment.
Punctuality & Attendance
- Players must arrive 10–15 minutes before the session starts.
- Regular attendance is crucial. Inform the coach in advance if you are unable to attend.
- Repeated absences may result in reduced match opportunities or removal from the program.
Dress Code & Equipment
- Players must wear proper cricket attire:
- White/academy uniform
- Cricket shoes or sports shoes
- Protective gear (pads, gloves, abdominal guard, helmet) when required
- Always bring your personal cricket kit, water bottle, and towel.
Discipline & Conduct
- Show respect to all coaches, staff, teammates, and opponents.
- No abusive language, bullying, or aggressive behaviour will be tolerated.
- Maintain silence and full focus during instructions or match briefings.
- Mobile phone use is not allowed during sessions unless permitted by staff.
Training & Performance
- Give 100% effort in every drill, practice match, and fitness session.
- Be open to feedback and always strive to improve.
- Follow instructions carefully and ask questions respectfully if in doubt.
- Match selections are based on performance, attitude, attendance, and discipline.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain personal hygiene and wear clean clothes for each session.
- Keep the ground and premises clean. Dispose of bottles, wrappers, and waste properly.
- Do not spit, litter, or damage academy property.
Injury & Health
- Inform the coach immediately if you feel unwell or injured during training.
- Players with existing injuries must submit medical clearance before resuming.
- Always carry any personal medication if required.
Academy Representation
- Always represent the academy with pride and sportsmanship during matches or events.
- Any misconduct during external events may result in disciplinary action.
Parental Guidelines
- Parents/guardians are welcome to support but should not interfere during sessions.
- Coaching-related concerns should be discussed privately with the academy head.
- Please ensure players arrive on time and are picked up promptly after sessions.
